HOW I HELP
I fix the fundamentals that most practitioners overlook.
Most people who come to me have already tried. Diets, supplements, willpower, expensive testing. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody looked at the full picture: your metabolism, your relationship with food, your hormones, your actual life. That's where I start.
WHAT I WORK ON
Four areas. One connected approach.
Most people who come to me have already lost weight. Several times. The losing isn't the problem. It's the coming back plus a little more each time that brings them here.
Sustainable weight loss isn't about eating less and trying harder. It's about understanding what's driving the resistance in the first place. Blood sugar dysregulation. Hormonal shifts. Chronic low-grade inflammation. A relationship with food built on restriction that keeps backfiring.
When we address those things in the right order, at the right pace, weight loss becomes a side effect rather than a battle. No restriction. No extreme protocols. No starting over. Just a clear picture of what's actually going on and a plan built around your real life.
This is the piece most programmes skip entirely. And it's the reason most programmes don't work long-term. Food noise. Emotional eating. The binge-restrict cycle. Eating perfectly for two weeks and then undoing it in a weekend. These aren't due to a lack of willpower. They're predictable biological and psychological responses to approaches that are not sustainable long-term.
I have additional training in eating disorders because understanding the psychology of food behaviour changes everything about how you have that conversation. We don't count. We don't restrict. We don't assign guilt to food choices. We look at what's driving the behaviour, work with your hunger signals rather than against them, and build a relationship with food that doesn't require constant willpower to maintain.
I work on two tracks at once. The physical side: stabilising blood sugar, addressing nutritional gaps, repairing hunger signalling. And the psychological side: understanding what's driving the behaviour, building new coping strategies, and developing a relationship with food that doesn't require constant effort.
GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool. They quiet food noise, reduce appetite, and create a window of calm that many people haven't experienced before.
But medication manages the symptom. It doesn't build the foundation. 70% of GLP-1 users regain the weight within 12 to 18 months of stopping. Not because the medication failed, but because the habits, the metabolic health, and the relationship with food were never addressed underneath.
I work with people at every stage of the GLP-1 journey: considering it, currently on it, or coming off it. The goal is confidence and control with or without pharmaceuticals.
Most people don't think about longevity until something goes wrong. But the decisions that determine how well you feel at 60, 70, and beyond are being made right now in your 30s, 40s and 50s.
Longevity isn't about extreme protocols, expensive supplements, or biohacking for its own sake. It's about understanding that metabolic health is the engine behind almost everything: your energy, your body composition, your cognitive function, your disease risk, and your independence later in life.
I work with people who want to close the gap between how long they live and how well they live.
MY APPROACH
What makes this different.
Foundations first
Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management. I don't start with expensive testing or supplement stacks. I start with the things that have the strongest evidence and the biggest impact. Most metabolic issues improve dramatically when the basics are done properly.
Built for your actual life
Business dinners. Travel. 4 hours of sleep. I've lived that life for many years during my finance and audit career. The strategies we build together are designed to survive your real schedule, not a perfect one.
Behaviour change, not quick fixes
Diets, supplements, and willpower only get you so far. Lasting change comes from understanding what's driving the behaviour in the first place and building habits that stick without constant effort.
ED-informed throughout
I never recommend restriction. I never judge food choices. And I never judge anyone for choosing medication, including GLP-1s. I understand the biology behind food noise, cravings, and the binge-restrict cycle. Your relationship with food is as important as what you eat.
